It's the time of the season again to celebrate V-day.

When you're in the primary school, valentine is someone that you approach 1st to ask her to write in your diary ( those forget-me-not quote...)

When you're in sec sch, valentine is someone that will spend her after-sch hours to walk around those neighbouring shopping mall with you. dine in kopitiam or once a while, a meal in Pizza hut on special occasion.

When you go to JC, valentine is this girl that you go to far east plaza with. basically, you will just stand aside ,holding her belonging,while she continues to shop. ok, maybe once a while she will patronise the Man's section, so that you wont feel neglected.

When you reach army, valentine is someone whom you can show off to your army mates during the comms ball. She might be there physically, but to you,she might be just another vase among the many vases that are brought by your other army mates to the comms ball.

Now in University or when you reach a certain age, Valentine is certainly more than just a "girlfriend" by name that you will tell people. She is someone whom will go through thick and thin with you,someone whom you can share your joy and sorrow with,someone whom you see will spend the rest of your life with. When two come together, your joy will be her joy and her burden will be yours to share. Sounds cliche, but if you do find the right one, everyday is valentine day.

Haha,just some thoughts on this special day and you don't have to agree with me. For those attached, thank God for having someone whom you can share your joy with. For those single, thank God for the freedom to continue "window-shopping" ,just like me.haha.
